श्री देवनारायण मंदिर मेले में पहुँचीं अभिनेत्री रुचि गुर्जर, दहेज और बाल विवाह के खिलाफ उठाई बुलंद आवाज
(राजस्थान)। राजस्थान के टोंक जिले के निवाई कस्बे स्थित जोधपुरिया श्री देवनारायण मंदिर में भादवी छठ पर आयोजित ऐतिहासिक मेले में इस बार आस्था और समाज सुधार दोनों का संगम देखने को मिला। मुंबई की उभरती मॉडल और अभिनेत्री रुचि गुर्जर ने 28 अगस्त को देवधाम पहुंचकर भगवान देवनारायण जी महाराज के 1114वें नीलाघर घोड़े के अवतरण दिवस पर दर्शन किए और खुले मंच से समाज सुधार का बिगुल फूंका। देवधाम जोधपुरिया पहुंचे विशिष्ट अतिथियों में राजस्थान सरकार के गृह राज्य मंत्री माननीय जवाहर सिंह बैढम जी, पूर्व सांसद सुखवीर सिंह जौनपुरिया जी, देवनारायण बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष ओमप्रकाश बढ़ाना जी, कांग्रेस के कद्दावर नेता एवं संसद प्रत्याशी प्रहलाद गुंजल जी, कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं पूर्व विधायक गजराज खटाना जी, विराटनगर के पूर्व विधायक इंद्राज गुर्जर जी सहित अनेक गणमान्य अतिथिगण मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित रहे।
सबसे खास क्षण वह रहा जब रुचि गुर्जर ने लाखों श्रद्धालुओं के बीच समाज की दो सबसे बड़ी कुरीतियों — दहेज प्रथा और बाल विवाह — के खिलाफ खुलकर आवाज उठाई। उन्होंने उपस्थित जनसमूह और समाज की बेटियों को शपथ दिलाई कि “न तो हम कभी दहेज लेंगे और न ही देंगे।” उनके इस साहसिक कदम को श्रद्धालुओं ने तालियों और जयकारों से स्वागत करते हुए ऐतिहासिक बना दिया।
रुचि गुर्जर का समाज को संदेश
अपने उद्बोधन में रुचि गुर्जर ने कहा –
“हमारी बेटियां किसी से कम नहीं हैं। दहेज और बाल विवाह जैसी प्रथाएँ समाज की प्रगति में सबसे बड़ी बाधा हैं। आज इस पवित्र धरा से मैं समाज को शपथ दिलाती हूँ कि हम सब मिलकर इन कुरीतियों को खत्म करेंगे और आने वाली पीढ़ियों को सुरक्षित और उज्ज्वल भविष्य देंगे।”
समाज सुधार की अलख
कार्यक्रम में अखिल भारतीय वीर गुर्जर महासभा के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष मनीष भरगड़, अध्यक्ष फूलचंद गुर्जर और महामंत्री शैलेन्द्र धाभाई सहित कई प्रमुख नेता मौजूद रहे। सभी ने मिलकर समाज में सुधार और सकारात्मक बदलाव के इस संकल्प को आगे बढ़ाने की बात कही।
20 लाख श्रद्धालुओं की गवाही बना देवधाम
भादवी छठ पर आयोजित इस मेले में इस वर्ष 20 लाख से अधिक श्रद्धालुओं का सैलाब उमड़ा। श्रद्धालु न केवल दर्शन और पदयात्रा के लिए आए, बल्कि समाज सुधार के इस संकल्प को भी आत्मसात करते नजर आए।
1,000 ध्वजों की ऐतिहासिक पदयात्रा
इस बार आयोजन की भव्यता में 1,000 से अधिक ध्वजों के साथ निकली विशाल पदयात्रा ने चार चाँद लगा दिए। यह ध्वज यात्रा समाज की एकता और परंपरा का अद्वितीय उदाहरण बनकर उभरी।

Bollywood’s Dilip Sen, Actress Mahi Sharma And Shivaji Shendge Arrived To Congratulate Mohan Nair’s Play BHASMANCHAL
Mumbai. Recently, social worker and founder of Maharani organization Mohan Nair staged the play Bhasmanchal at Vishnudas Bhave Natyagruh Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
The play Bhasmanchal focuses on the way children are currently behaving with their parents. An attempt is being made to bring awareness among the youth through this play.
On the occasion of the staging of the play, many special guests including Bollywood musician Dilip Sen, actress Mahi Sharma (Kumkum Bhagya and Prithviraj Chauhan show fame), Shivaji Agyan Shendge, Shiv Sena Shikshak Sena Maharashtra Rajya Sarchitnis, social worker Simi Nair were present.
The concept of the play is of Mohan Nair and he has written the script and the director is Harshal Rane.
Mohan Nair said that parents send their children out of the country for higher education, due to which their culture changes. Children get lost in a life of luxury. Their feelings for their parents become zero and finally they are sent to old age homes.
Mohan Nair said that we also run an old age home and keep inspecting it from time to time.
Music director Dilip Sen said that it is necessary to give values to children from childhood. They should be brought up according to our culture and taught manners.
In today’s time, first of all, children should be controlled. Support of parents is necessary but there should be a limit to the freedom given. Those children who go out and settle down in their own world forgetting the love of their parents, they should think that one day we will also become parents and we may see such a day in the future.
When the mother-in-law of this play Nana Kamble passed away, he came on stage and acted and later went home.
Dilip Sen praised Mohan Nair’s charitable work and congratulated him for preparing an inspiring play for the youth and said that he would gift a song and music for this play.
This play will be staged for the public on September 5 at Vishnudas Bhave Natyagruh Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This play includes various colors of life including emotion, drama, dance.
Let us tell you that Maharani Sangathan has renovated the old age home and this organization is engaged in serving the destitute elderly.
More than 500 volunteers of this organization are actively working all over India. The volunteers of the organization go to the old age home and do service work, take care of the elderly and prepare various types of dishes for them.
She neither wears a crown nor sits on the throne, but she is – and will always be – Maharani. She is our mother, Amma, Ammi, Aai — the woman who gave us life, nurtured us and shaped our personalities. Yet, when her steps slow and her needs become soft, society turns its back. रत्नाकर कुमार ने शुरू किया भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘उमा’ की शूटिंग उत्तर प्रदेश के जिला सोनभद्र में
भोजपुरी सिनेमा में नित नई लकीर खींचने वाले फिल्म निर्माता एवं वर्ल्डवाइड रिकॉर्ड्स म्यूजिक कंपनी के एमडी रत्नाकर कुमार ने नई भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘उमा’ की शूटिंग शुरू कर दिया है। उनके होम प्रोडक्शन में बिग लेबल पर बन रही नई भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘उमा’ की शूटिंग से पहले ग्रैंड मुहूर्त किया गया, तदोपरांत उत्तर प्रदेश के जिला सोनभद्र के रमणीय लोकेशन पर शूटिंग शुरू कर दी गई।

Boddeti Suryanarayana
Boddeti Suryanarayana is a retired Drawing Teacher. He has been producing wonderful paintings and works of Art. He is well-known all over India and also abroad. He has won several awards both at state and national level. The style of his art is realistic and deals with the lives of the Primitive Tribal Groups.
Boddeti Suryanarayana goes back to his boyhood days when he spent his days among the PTGs, as his elder brother was working in the Girijan Co-operative Corporation, Visakhapatnam District located in Paderu, Chinthapalli and Aruku Valley. His keen observation of their lives became the subject of his art of painting. He is a unique painter because nobody has touched this subject so far. His experiences of his early days with the PTGs brought him recognition at the national level and resulted in getting awards and name and fame.
The tribal communities in the Visakha Agency have a rich history, marked by unique cultural practices and distinct social structures. These groups, including the Bagata, Kotiya, Konda Dora, and others, have traditionally inhabited the hilly and forest regions of the Eastern Ghats.
The Khond, Porja and Gadaba are identified as “Primitive Tribal Groups” (PTGs). They depend on Podu cultivation, forest produce collection, carpentry and black smithing for their livelihood.
Mr.Boddeti Suryanarayana mingled with these Primitive Tribal Groups to study their life style. His paintings emerge out of his realistic study of their day-to-day life.
Raki Rao
RAKI, or Rama Krishna Donga, a Chennai-based artist from Palakol, Andhra Pradesh, will showcase his Fusion Art at the ANISOTROPIC group exhibition at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai, from August 19th to 25th, 2025.
Self-taught but mentored by stalwarts like Ankaiah and Sri Rajavelu, RAKI has 40 years of experience, including assisting a well-known South Indian artist and associating with prominent groups like Guntur Pandavas and Kalapeetham of Andhra Pradesh. His artistic career, which began in 1985, later evolved to include modern abstract styles, blending cubism with traditional themes. This unique style, characterized by a symbiosis of modern techniques and a traditional foundation, is referred to as Fusion Art.
RAKI holds a Diploma in Painting from SDKK College of Fine Art, Chennai. He has served as Vice President of the Tamil Nadu Arts and Crafts Improvement Association (2017-2019) and Cultural Secretary for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana State at Sri Dharshini Group of Institutions (2018-2019). He also founded the VAPA-BAPU Art Association. RAKI has earned 16 awards in major South Indian competitions and participated in over 35 exhibitions.
Diana
Ms. DIANA , from Andhra Pradesh, is a passionate Educator, writer, art therapist, and folk artist with 24 years of experience in the field of Art. She is a multidisciplinary artist who practices a unique Art form called the Deccani scrolls which is quintessential to Andhra and Telangana state , where she grew up ! Her vibrant works—encompassing textiles, murals, natural stone and clay colors , and community-based installations—reclaim indigenous and matriarchal histories.
She is a versatile artist who has done immersive residencies on batik from Indonesia , natural dying from Mysore and ceramics from chennai .Through intricate clay vessels, vibrant batik tapestries, and plant-based dyes, she explores themes of cultural motifs and environmental connection. Additionally, she has completed an art therapy course and conducts successful therapy sessions for individuals and corporate clients who need help with depression and anxiety .
Currently, Diana works at KIDS Central High Cambridge International School, where she is deeply committed to fostering community connections through art.

Mumbai. The 13th TIIFA Awards 2025 was organized by Dr. Shamim Khan in a grand event in Mumbai, where many Bollywood celebrities were present. Famous Dubai businessman Dr. Bu Abdullah was present as the chief guest. Many celebrities including Bigg Boss fame Arshi Khan, Ashiqui Girl, Anu Aggarwal, Deepak Parashar, Pankaj Berry, Eshaan Masih, Saudagar fame senior actor Anand Balraj, Abhay Sinha, Shahzad Khan, Ejaz Khan, Sunil Pal, Dilip Sen were present. The anchoring was done by Simran Ahuja.
After the national anthem, the program started by lighting the lamp. On this occasion, Dr. Shamim A Khan’s birthday was celebrated by cutting the cake. Many people including Aashiqui fame Anu Aggarwal, actress Amita were honored. TIIFA Award organiser Shamim Khan said that it is a matter of pride for us that Dubai’s famous businessman Dr. Bu Abdullah attended our show as the chief guest. His name is recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records and he has many companies. Apart from him, we are thankful to all the celebrities who came to this programme.
In TIIFA Award, we honour legendary artists as well as actors of today’s era and we have started this tradition in the awards. Actor Deepak Parashar thanked the organiser Shamim Khan and the jury and said that I got fame from the film Nikaah. He also recited a dialogue from Nikaah. Umesh Kumar, Sahil Akhtar were also honoured. Arshi Khan told that when I came out of Bigg Boss, the first award TIIFA Award was given to me by Shamim Khan. He called us again and thanked him. Aman Verma said that Shamim Khan’s function is very grand and artists feel proud and encouraged by receiving awards.
All the guests congratulated Shamim Khan on his birthday and wished him all the best for this 13th award. Actor Anand Balraj said that the way Shamim Khan presented the TIIFA Award 2025 in Mumbai is very grand and unmatched. The PR of the program was done by Ramakant Munde (Munde Media).
