दरभंगा जिला के एक छोटे से गांव अमीठी से निकल कर देश के सफल बिजनेश मेन के रूप में अपने आप को स्थापित करने वाले अनिल कुमार झा का एक लक्ष्य मिथलांचल के युवाओं को अधिक से अधिक रोजगार से जोड़ना है। अनिल कुमार झा लगभग ३० वर्ष पहले दरभंगा से निकल के दिल्ली की ओर रुख किया और अपनी कड़ी मेहनत और ईमानदारी के वदौलत आज एक सफल बिज़नेस मैन के रूप में देश भर में विख्यात हैं। करियर में अपने आप को स्थापित करने के बाद अपने मातृ भाषा मैथिलि और मिथिला संस्कृति से विशेष लगाव होने के कारण क्षेत्र व मिथिलाभाषियों के लिए रोजगारोन्मुखी कार्यों में अपना जीवन लगा दिया।

The ₹3,000 crore initiative will feature the world’s most advanced virtual production facilities alongside carefully crafted physical sets of authentic Indian environments. Instead of traditional backlot constructions, the complex will leverage state-of-the-art LED volume stages capable of rendering photorealistic backgrounds from global locations, while preserving the tactile authenticity of essential Indian settings.
Central to the project are detailed practical sets of essential Indian environments, including fully operational school and university campuses with functional classrooms and lecture halls. Hospital sets will offer adjustable wards and authentic operating theatres, while village environments showcase region-specific architecture from across India. Urban settings will replicate distinctive streetscapes from Mumbai, Chennai, and other cities, complete with period-adjustable façades.
These physical sets will integrate seamlessly with the facility’s technological innovations. Twelve virtual production stages, each fitted with 360-degree 4K LED walls, will utilise advanced AI rendering to extend practical sets into limitless digital environments. Proprietary anti-glare technology ensures backgrounds maintain complete photorealism, eliminating artificial effects typical of conventional green screen techniques.
Sustainability is a core focus, with a 30MW solar farm powering the entire complex. Virtual production significantly reduces location travel needs and minimises construction waste, achieving an estimated 80% reduction in physical materials compared to traditional methods.
The facility will also offer luxurious residential accommodations, featuring thirty private villas equipped with AI-driven environmental controls that automatically adapt lighting and temperature to residents’ circadian rhythms. A dedicated visitor experience will provide augmented reality viewfinders, allowing enthusiasts behind-the-scenes insights into the innovative production processes.
Dr. Sailesh L. Hiranandani emphasised the project’s visionary scope: “Six months ago at Warren House, we promised ecosystems. Today, we deliver blueprints. This project reimagines cinematic infrastructure, harmonising physical authenticity with digital innovation.”

On this occasion, many celebrities including Deepak Parashar, Ramesh Goyal, Vishwajit Soni (Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain), Rekha Rao were present. Lyricist Vicky Nagar was also present who is also the lyricist of this film.
The co-producer of the film CD Shete, DOP Pappu K Shetty, screenplay dialogue writer PK Gupta, story writer and publicity designer R Rajpal were also present.
On this occasion, producer director Dr. Krishna Chouhan said that I thank all the guests who participated in the recording and muhurat of this Hindi horror and thriller film. Dr. Kapur’s academic journey is equally commendable. With a perfect 4.0 GPA, she has excelled in her studies at some of the most prestigious American universities in the world, she also attended Harvard University. She honed her skills in medicine, law, intelligence (specializations in national & global security, terrorism studies & WMDs CBRNEs), political science and diplomatic international relations. This solid educational background has empowered her to tackle some of the most pressing issues of our time, particularly in the fields of terrorism studies, national security, WMD’s (CBRNEs) and emergency management.
Her career spans a multitude of sectors, including her impactful work at the United Nations Institute of Training and Research in Geneva, and as a producer at the United Nations headquarters in New York City. Dr. Kapur has engaged with heads of states from 193 countries, participating in high-level sessions at the UN Security Council and UN General Assembly as well as contributing to organizations such as the World Health Organization, International Monetary Fund, and European Union and more.
In the aviation industry, Dr. Kapur had made strides as a contracted professional, engaged in the commercial acquisition and sales of aircraft, further showcasing her versatile skill set.
As a successful medical administrator since 2002, she founded Livingston Medical Groups (LMG), dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services to underserved populations. Her vision extends globally with plans for Trillion Dollar Medical Projects aimed at establishing state-of-the-art hospitals in the U. S. and worldwide, elevating healthcare standards to match those found in the United States.
A person of extraordinary achievements, Dr. Kapur’s legacy is also tied to her heritage, as she is the great-great-granddaughter of Emperor Maharaja Ranjit Singh of Punjab, India. This royal lineage influences her leadership style, embedding cultural wisdom and a sense of responsibility toward her community.

बुरे कर्मों का बुरा नतीजा यह कहावत नहीं हकीकत है। असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर के हक़ की लड़ाई लड़ने 1959 में बनायी गयी असोसिएशन इफटडा आज वही काम छोड़कर किसी डिक्टेटर का अड्डा बन चुकी है। मानो न मानो यह हकीकत है कभी इफटडा ऑफिस आकर आजमालो। इफटडा मे अध्यक्ष अशोक पंडित के पर्सनल और सोसायटी के काम हो रहे हैं मेम्बर्स के लिए बनायी हुए लायब्रेरी में मेम्बर जा नहीं सकते। मनमानी तरीके से हमारी असोसिएशन का फंड का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है । मेम्बर्स की सारी सुविधाओं को खत्म कर दिया है।
दोस्तों इस मौके को हाथ से जाने जाने न दो इफटडा को मेम्बर्स की बनाना जरूरी है।डीक्टेटरशिप खत्म करनी जरूरी हैं।
